Mark A. Ashley – Managing Director

Mark joined Reltech Limited in 1980. Starting as a trainee technician, Mark worked within the design and fabrication of semiconductor burn-in and life test systems, before progressing to the commercial side of the business and becoming the Sales Manager. His appointment as a Company Director in 1993 has resulted in total responsibility for all aspects of the company’s marketing and selling activities.

Paul J. Tuffin – Operations Director

Paul is the most recent addition to the senior management team. Paul joined the company in 1991 as Engineering Technician and following his time spent in engineering and sales applications, he was appointed Operations Manager. In this position, Paul was responsible for the various aspects of equipment production and fabrication as well as contributing significantly to implementing a sophisticated IT capability on which the company now functions. Paul was appointed Operations Director in 2002 and now carries the key responsibility for all aspects of the company’s operations including production, assembly, testing & inspection, quality management, design feasibility and IT.

Richard G. Bradley – Engineering Director

Richard joined Reltech Limited as Engineering Manager in 1996 after a distinguished career in general engineering with Westinghouse Brake, Vanwell Data Systems and Sharetree Systems. Richard and his design team have been responsible for the successful development of several new product technologies, including the highly successful MIDAS & Flexitray© System. Richard was appointed Engineering Director in 1997
